PAYMENT AND REFUND

The only payment method I accept is PayPal. My country doesn't have the paypal.me function, so I will always send an invoice!Payment must be made only after I send the first WIP.
I will continue the commission after payment.I only accept full payment, but I can accept payment in two parts if the commission is more than $100.You can request a refund if I haven't finished the commission yet. I only refund 50%.In case I am unable to finish the commission, I will communicate and give the total refund.

HOW I WORK

Usually I do two or three thumbnails. You can choose one and ask for modifications.Don't be surprised by my sketches, they are quite ugly at first. That's why I send one or two more sketches before I start rendering.I prefer to work on one or two commissions at the same time. So I always let you know when I'm working on other commissions, so you don't think I forgot to start your yours.I like to send prints/WIPs regularly, usually once every day or every two days (I don't like to go more than three days without sending updates).You can ask for as many changes as you want while I'm still sketching (that's why I like to send regular updates). But when I start rendering, you can only ask for two modificationsI have ADHD, so if I forget something don't be afraid to say it! it's really important to me that the customer is satisfied with my work. I also have some difficulty with colors that are close in tone, so if I get it wrong, let me know!
